Relatable Prompts — Instead of just reading, you’ll tell your own stories along the way. (Six weeks = six stories of your own!)

Creative Expression — Think art therapy meets book club. Grab your markers, crayons, or whatever’s in the junk drawer, and learn how to make your story colorful.

Grace, Growth & Gratitude — Each story carries a message that grounds, inspires, and connects you to something bigger.

Useful Extras — Tools, resources, and a sprinkle of humor to keep things lively.
