WHAT you will experience
A LIVE 60+ minute Zoom workshop, led by strength training coach, Jodi J.
You’ll learn the foundational principles for Jodi’s trademarked method, “Progressive Load Training” and go through the moves together (an not it’s not cardio) so no sweat!!
These moves build strength, tone, balance & lean muscle, in a joint-friendly,time-saving approach.
Modifications will be included for knee, shoulder, hip, and back concerns.
WHERE you will view the class
On ZOOM. Anywhere you happen to be on that date - home, office, on the road, hotel, etc.
Remember: When you show up and stay for the whole class you’ll get the BONUS gift of “Strength From the Inside Out” training tracker journal and a 30 minute coaching call to schedule for later.
WHAT you can bring to class if you’re a:
Beginner: kitchen towel
Intermediate: 2–5 lb weights and/or resistance band
Advanced: 5–10 lb weights and/or resistance band
