WHAT you will experience
A 45 minute Zoom workshop, led by strength training & life coach specialist, Jodi J.
You’ll learn the foundational principles for Jodi’s trademarked method, “Progressive Load Training” and go through the moves together (an not it’s not cardio) so no sweat!!
These moves build strength, tone, balance & lean muscle, in a joint-friendly, time-saving approach.
Modifications will be included for knee, shoulder, hip, and back concerns.

WHAT to bring to class if you’re a:
