WHAT TO BRING:
Beginners ( you’re just starting out)- bring just your body and a kitchen towel.
Intermediate (you’ve worked out and know what a weight looks like)- bring 3-5 lb free weights and/or resistance band.
Advanced (you’ve lived in the gym)- bring 5-10lb free weights and/or resistance band.
